Historical Argumentation Webinar Series

Featuring resources from the Library of Congress, National History Day (NHD) is offering a course for teachers to focus on the skills of historical argumentation. Teachers will develop strategies to help their students think like a historian and develop a solid historical argument.

The course will include four live webinars with an expert historian and an NHD curriculum specialist.

Live programs are tentatively scheduled for 7 pm ET / 4 pm PT on January 5, February 9, March 9, and April 6. These dates will be confirmed with participants when the course launches in December. There are options available if you cannot attend a live program.
